We respect that the majority of forum subscribers will use this forum in a professional manner for it’s intended use to connect property managers together to enable them to share their thoughts, get answers to tricky questions and comment on their property management experiences. 

This is a public forum and by participating you agree to the following forum terms of use:

• Not to use this forum to post any material that is defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, slander, hateful, vulgar, threatening, invasive of the privacy of others, offensive (swear words), sexually explicit, or illegal.
• Not to post any copyrighted material that is not owned by you or Palmer Professional Management Group Pty Ltd (hereafter ‘PPM Group’)
• Not to post any material that intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, including by not limited to any regulations having the force of law.
• Not to post or upload any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party.  You will remain solely responsible that you have the right to submit this material to the forum.
• Remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents with respect to any claim based upon any post you may submit.
• The PPM Group reserves the right to reveal any information we have about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message that you may post.
• The PPM Group reserves the right to delete any forum participants and messages posted on this forum. If you find any posts objectionable or offensive, please contact the forum administrator at info@ppmsystem.com
• The PPM Group does not guarantee the reliability, completeness, accuracy, timeliness or up-to-date-ness of the material posted to the forum.  The posts are published ‘as is’.  The PPM Group does not certify, endorse, verify or review the contents of any communication posted to these forums.
